Make court payments and traffic citation payment easier than ever |
Cobb County is introducing Georgia's first-ever drive-through court service, the State and Magistrate Court Clerk's Office Express, to streamline court payments and traffic citation payments.
Starting Monday, February 23, 2026, residents can handle various court-related payments without leaving their vehicles.
This innovative service allows individuals to pay for traffic citations, school bus violations, restitution, court fines, and probation fees.
The drive-through is located at 122 Waddell Street, Marietta, operating from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
To utilize this service, bring a photo ID, your citation or case number, and a credit or debit card for payment.
Cash payments are not accepted.
This initiative aims to reduce courthouse congestion and provide a more convenient option for residents to manage their court obligations efficiently.
The drive-through service is expected to alleviate issues related to transportation, parking, and long wait times, making the process of court payments and traffic citation payments more accessible.
This development reflects Cobb County's commitment to modernizing court services and enhancing accessibility for its residents. |
